Order Processing

Online orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. In general, orders will ship within 1-2 business days. 

Item Availability

All items sold online are subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock item.


Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase date. All tags must be intact and attached, and the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging. If there are any signs of use, we will not be able to accept the return. Full price items are eligible for store credit or size exchanges only. All beauty, apothecary, jewelry and sale merchandise, is final sale, no exceptions. Clients are responsible for return shipping. 


Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders ship in 2-3 days, depending on location. Shipping is $10 for orders up to $500, and FREE for orders over $500. FREE in-store pickup at The Fold. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please contact us with special circumstances- we'd love to help!
