Order Processing

Online orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. In general, orders will ship within 1-2 business days. 

Item Availability

All items sold online are subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock item.

Returns

Full priced items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached, may be returned up to seven business days after purchase for refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale merchandise, beauty, apothecary and any other item marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Jewelry and shoes must be returned in original packaging. Clients are responsible for return shipping. 

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders ship in 2-3 days, depending on location. Shipping is $10 for orders up to $500, and FREE for orders over $500. FREE in-store pickup at The Fold. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please contact us with special circumstances- we'd love to help!
