Crafted from crisp organic cotton poplin and rendered in our Victorian-inspired Primrose Bouquet print, the Kaira Dress features a ruffled scoop neckline with an adjustable tie. Juliet sleeves puff out at the shoulders, fitting close along the arms with elasticized smocking. A smocked bodice with an adjustable waist tie gives way to an ankle-grazing skirt.
