Meet Natalie, founder and owner of The Fold— also a style maven, dog lover (and dog mom to Marni), wellness fanatic, and female empowerer. With the goal of bringing advanced contemporary designers to her hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, she opened The Fold in 2016. Prior to that, Natalie had practiced law as a judicial clerk for four years, while running her fashion blog and wardrobe styling business on the side.
She decided to leave the legal field and pursue a career in fashion in 2013, when she moved away from Omaha to a variety of cities (Kansas City, Fayetteville, and NYC), learning the ropes of the designer fashion industry. Eventually, she moved back to Omaha and saw a need for a similar boutique in her hometown— one that would bring a modern, thoughtful, and elevated approach to womenswear to the Nebraska market.
Beyond the designer clothing, Natalie’s mission is to inspire her clients to discover their own unique sense of style. Read on to see what she has to say about her favorite music, personal style, and her message to all of you.
